Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. Shipping can be estimated to be 3–4 business days in the USA. The total turnaround time is between 11-12 business days from the day you order.

No, we do not ship internationally. Shipping is only available in the US.
If your order’s estimated delivery time has passed, here’s what you can do:
- Double Check the Shipping Address to ensure that you ordered the package to be sent to the right place.
- Wait a bit more. Unfortunately, shipments can get delayed for reasons we can’t predict. We understand it’s frustrating to deal with late shipments, but please remember that our estimated delivery time is just an estimate, not a guarantee. If your package is more than 7 days late, please email us immediately.
- Reach out to the carrier. You can contact the carrier service directly to get information about your shipment.
- Contact your local post office to locate the lost order.

No. All designs for all products are designed by our very own human: Briskbelle! Hence the name of the shop. Briskbelle does not use AI for generating ideas or images, and instead chooses to design her own products with her heart.
The only AI involved on this shop is the programmed chat bot that you're using to answer your questions now.
